Limitation of Liability

Participants engage in treasure hunt activities at their own risk. SKSC MYSILLYDREAMS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in our activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by our staff.
